How giving works
It takes about two minutes on your phone. Here's exactly what happens to your kindness after you press “Donate”.
Step 1
Meals for families, a birthday party for children, food for street dogs, relief after a flood. Every cause shows how much has been raised and how much is still needed — so you know where help is most wanted.
Step 2
Instead of a vague amount, pick something real: a food packet, a ration kit, a happiness kit, a share of a party. Add as many as you like — each one has a clear price.
Step 3
Add your name or the name of someone you love, a short message, a photo or a video wish. Then pick the day it should be delivered — your birthday, an anniversary, a remembrance day.
Orders placed after 2 PM move the earliest delivery date by a day.
Step 4
Pay with UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. Your donation receipt is emailed to you straight away. Prefer to give regularly? Tick “monthly” at checkout.
Step 5
On the date you chose, our team hands your gift to the people it was meant for — often with a card that says it came from you.
Step 6
We share photos of your seva. And if you gave your PAN, your 80G tax certificate appears in My Profile 90 days after the donation.
Ways to give
You sign in with just your email — we send a one-time code, no password needed. It lets you see your donations and download your tax certificates later.
