These terms apply to your use of dwaparyug.org, run by Dwaparyug Foundation. By using the website or making a donation, you agree to them.

• Every payment on this website is a voluntary donation to a charitable cause, not a purchase of goods or services.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for the exceptions, such as being charged twice by mistake.
• Amounts and items shown on a campaign are used for that campaign's purpose. If a specific item cannot be provided, we may use your donation for the closest equivalent that serves the same people.

We deliver gifts on the date you choose wherever possible. Weather, local conditions or other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally cause a delay; if that happens we deliver as soon as we reasonably can. We share photo updates of your seva, but cannot promise a photo of every individual item.

You are responsible for the names, messages, photos and other content you add to a gift. Content must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit or decline content that does not meet these standards.

An 80G certificate can be issued only when a valid PAN, with the name as on the PAN, is provided with the donation. Certificates become available 90 days after the donation date. Please make sure the details you give are correct, as certificates are issued on that basis.

If you choose to give monthly, your payment renews automatically each month until you ask us to stop. You can stop at any time by contacting us.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Please keep access to your email secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Text, photos, logos and other material on this website belong to Dwaparyug Foundation or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our consent.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
